Scottish Government announces support for rural low-carbon projects

The Scottish Government has announced details of a fund to support and accelerate the development and delivery of innovative, local low-carbon energy opportunities across Scotland. The invitation to apply for funds is open to projects in rural and remote parts of Scotland, smaller towns and settlements, and areas that are off the gas grid. The Innovative Local Energy Systems call is part of the Scottish Government’s Low Carbon Infrastructure Transition Programme and offers up to £100,000 for Stage 1 development support.
